About Sinorest K Suspension
Sinorest K Suspension is a medicine commonly given to children to alleviate symptoms of allergies such as runny nose, sneezing, itching, swelling, congestion, and watery eyes. It may also be used for treating asthma and skin allergies.
When administering Sinorest K Suspension to your child, ensure to follow the prescribed dose, time, and method. It is recommended to give this medicine at a fixed time either before or after meals. For asthma, it is preferable to administer the suspension in the evening or at least 2 hours before any physical activity. In the case of allergies, the best times for giving the medicine are either in the morning or evening, depending on when the symptoms start. If your child has both conditions, consider giving the medicine in the evening. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking the medicine, provide the same dose again unless it is almost time for the next dose.
Your child may start feeling relief after a few doses, but it is essential to complete the prescribed course to ensure maximum effectiveness. Abruptly stopping the medicine could worsen your child's condition. While Sinorest K Suspension may cause minor and temporary side effects such as vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, rash, and headache, these usually lessen as the body adjusts to the medication. However, if these effects persist or become bothersome, seek advice from your child's doctor promptly.
Inform your child's doctor if your child is taking any other medications. It is crucial to provide a complete medical history including prior episodes of allergy, heart problems, blood disorders, vascular disorders, birth defects, airway obstructions, lung anomalies, skin disorders, liver impairments, and kidney malfunctions. This information is vital for adjusting the dosage and planning the overall treatment for your child.
