About Rabron-D Tablet

Rabron-D Tablet is a combination medicine utilized for treating gastroesophageal reflux disease (Acid reflux). This medication works by easing symptoms of acidity like heartburn, stomach pain, and irritation while also neutralizing acid and facilitating the easy passage of gas to alleviate stomach discomfort. It is important to take Rabron-D Tablet as per the doctor's instructions, independent of food intake, and to continue the treatment for the duration advised. Abrupt discontinuation may lead to symptom recurrence and worsening of the condition. Inform your healthcare provider about all medications you are using as interactions may occur.

Common side effects of Rabron-D Tablet include diarrhea, stomach pain, dry mouth, headache, flatulence, and weakness, most of which are temporary and tend to resolve with time. It may also cause dizziness and drowsiness, so activities requiring focus should be avoided until you understand its effects. Avoid alcohol consumption while on this medication as it can enhance drowsiness. Lifestyle adjustments like consuming cold milk and avoiding hot beverages and spicy foods may improve results. Before starting Rabron-D Tablet, inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease, are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

Rabron-D Tablet 10's is categorized as a dopamine antagonist medication used in the treatment of nausea, vomiting, and indigestion in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above. It contains domperidone, which blocks certain receptors in the brain responsible for nausea and vomiting symptoms, while also enhancing the motility of the upper gastrointestinal tract and reducing stomach emptying time. Take Rabron-D Tablet 10's according to the prescription. Nausea and vomiting symptoms typically improve within 3-4 days of initiation; consult your doctor if these symptoms persist beyond this duration. Common side effects include dry mouth, which usually resolves with time, but persistent cases should be reported to the doctor. Avoid Rabron-D Tablet 10's if you are hypersensitive to its components, have liver or kidney issues, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Use caution with prolonged use of Rabron-D Tablet 10's, as it may increase the risk of heart rhythm disorders and cardiac arrest, particularly in elderly individuals or those taking higher doses. Pregnancy and breastfeeding compatibility for this medication may vary; seek guidance from your healthcare provider before use. Adolescents weighing less than 35 kg should not be given Rabron-D Tablet 10's.
