kidney
Lupex-Plus Tablet should be used carefully in patients with severe kidney disease. Dosage adjustment may be required. Consulting your doctor is advisable. No dose adjustment is needed for mild to moderate kidney disease. Sogeval-M Tablet 10's also require caution in kidney disease patients.

alcohol
It is not safe to drink alcohol while taking Lupex-Plus Tablet, as it can make the side-effects worse and potentially worsen the condition.

driving
Lupex-Plus Tablet can reduce alertness, impact vision, and cause drowsiness. Avoid driving if you experience these symptoms. Refrain from operating heavy machinery while using this medication.

pregnancy
