It has some side effects such as Acute pancreatitis,Additional fungal infections in the mouth and vagina on long-term use,Back pain due to inflammation of pancreas during or after treatment,Allergic skin reactions. The salts Roxithromycin are involved in the preparation of Uthrox Tablet.
