Top D Tablet is a Tablet manufactured by SHRINIVAS GUJARAT LABS. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of difficulty in swallowing , belching and heavy bloating, back flow of acid from stomach. It has some side effects such as Abnormal heart rhythm,Abnormal milk discharge from breast,Arrhythmias,Atrophic gastritis. The salts Domperidone, Pantoprazole are involved in the preparation of Top D Tablet.
