Takchlor C E+E Ointment is a Ointment manufactured by PHARMTAK OPHTALMICS. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of adrenal insufficiency, appetite problems , allergic reactions. It has some side effects such as Chills,Blurred vision,Bone marrow depression,Blood disorders. The salts Chloramphenicol, Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate, Polymyxin B Sulphate are involved in the preparation of Takchlor C E+E Ointment.
