Meprate-10 is a course based medicine, so one should avoid missing it at all cost. Missing a dose may result in abnormal bleeding among other problems. A missed dose must be taken immediately after remembering, unless it is nearly time to take the next dose, in which case, the next dose can be taken directly.

Meprate on itself does not damage the kidney, but may worsen it if it?s already moderately or severely damaged.
