Forpan DM Tablet

Forpan DM Tablet is a Tablet manufactured by FORGEN HEALTH. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of difficulty in swallowing , back flow of acid from stomach, belching and heavy bloating. It has some side effects such as Arrhythmias,Atrophic gastritis,Abnormal heart rhythm,Abnormal milk discharge from breast. The salts Domperidone, Pantoprazole are involved in the preparation of Forpan DM Tablet.
