Dunapan DSR Tablet is a Tablet manufactured by DUNAMED PHARMA. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of belching and heavy bloating, fullness of stomach , esophageal mucosal injury. It has some side effects such as Abnormal milk discharge from breast,Arrhythmias,Abnormal heart rhythm,Atrophic gastritis. The salts Domperidone, Pantoprazole Sodium Sesquihydrate are involved in the preparation of Dunapan DSR Tablet.
