Alkcit Syrup is a Syrup manufactured by GOOD LUCK PHARMA. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of alkalinisation of urine, uric acid stones, urinary tract infection . It has some side effects such as Stomach cramps,Overdosage or too rapid administration can cause metabolic alkalosis especially in renal impairment,Flatulence. The salts Di Sodium Hydrogen Citrate are involved in the preparation of Alkcit Syrup.
