Alex P Syrup

Alex P Syrup is a Syrup manufactured by GLENMARK PHARMA. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of anaphylactic shock, allergies due to food, cold . It has some side effects such as Abnormalities of blood cells,Acute renal tubular necrosis,Allergic reactions,Anorexia. The salts Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Dextromethorphan, Paracetamol, Phenylephrine are involved in the preparation of Alex P Syrup.
