In this duration, there are various decision points which an individual has to navigate on their own given the maximum facetime with a surgeon is maximum fifteen minutes. Hence, the MediBuddy's surgery care program is unique as we provide a dedicated point of contact will guide you through the entire process. This includes finding the right expert based on the symptoms and the city you are based in, fix a free consutlation, a second opinion if needed, educating on their insurance policy coverage (room rent capping, treatment capping, procedure cap, approximate cost and out of pocket portion (if any). MediBuddy team shall navigate the insurance approval and queries from the TPA, if any and on the day of surgery we asssit on getting you a preferrential admission and discharge as well remote post-operative care of two weeks.
