At MediBuddy, we encourage and foster talent and believe potential should never be constrained by career breaks. We want to provide opportunities to the many highly skilled and driven women facing challenges as they look to re-enter the workforce after a break. Our MediReViVa program is designed to uplift, support, and empower women returning to their professional journeys. We aim to provide a seamless transition back into the corporate world through structured mentorship, hands-on learning, and real-world projects. MediReViVa is our commitment to creating a workplace where every woman gets the opportunity to grow, thrive and lead. We firmly believe in our MediBuddy Belief System, one of which is to "Hire and Develop the Best." MediReViVa aligns perfectly with this belief and offers a supportive ecosystem where women can rebuild their careers, gain confidence, and grow into future leaders.
MediReViva is a six-month paid internship program designed for women who have taken a career break of at least 24 months and are looking to re-enter the workforce. The internships will be floated by the different functions at MediBuddy. In the first batch of the program we intend to take 20 participants across functions. At the end of the six month program, two possible outcomes will be made:
In case of interns, meeting the evaluation bar:
Absorption into any of the available roles at MediBuddy. The role/ designation will correspond to the experience and skill of the individual.
In case of interns, not meeting the evaluation bar:
Certificate of completion of internship
MediReViVa is open to:
Women who have taken a career break of at least 24 months and are passionate about resuming their careers.
Women with relevant experience/ skills/ education for the internship opportunities available.
Individuals who can commit to the full duration of the six-month office based program.
Preference is for the friends and family members of the existing employees.

Is the 24-month career break a hard & fast rule?
The program is designed for women who have taken a break from their professional careers for at least 24 months and above are now looking to return to work. However, depending on the skill, experience and qualification of the candidate, we might relax this career gap on a case to case basis. The intent is to provide an opportunity for women to reignite their careers who had to take a career break for a considerable period for any reasons.
What types of roles are available through the MediReViVa program?
Do I need to have prior experience or qualifications in the field I chose for internship, when submitting the application?
Will the program provide any training or skill development?
Can I work part-time or remotely during the program?
Will the program guarantee me a job at the end?
Is MediReViVa a paid internship?
Isn't the internship amount too low?
What if I need flexible working hours due to family commitments?
What happens if I am not selected for a role after completing the program?
I do have 5 Years of experience. Should I again start with an internship?
