  • Pain may be the result of an injury, such as a ruptured ligament or torn cartilage.
  • Medical conditions like arthritis.
  • Gout and infections can also cause pain.

Symptoms

  • Knee pain, instability and other injuries, including anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears and meniscal tears.
  • Torn ligaments, cartilage and tendons.
  • Rotator cuff tears, dislocated shoulder, frozen shoulder.
  • Arthritis, including foot and ankle arthritis
  • Wrist pain, including carpal tunnel syndrome, ganglion cysts and wrist arthritis.

The process of arthroscopy does not cause any new pain at the site of puncture or treatment. Instead, in most cases it reduces the pain that has been caused by defect in the joint area.

For the first week of recovery, you’ll likely wear a device that prevents rolling over in your sleep. After that, you can sleep as you like. If sleeping on your side is initially uncomfortable, don’t worry—you’ll get more comfortable day-by-day.

Try taking a lot of fluids and if it still continues after 3 to 4 days of procedure ,consult the Doctor immediately.

As soon as you recover from anesthesia you should try to move.This prevent to develop Thromboembolism
