Ulpanto DSR Tablet

Ulpanto DSR Tablet is a Tablet manufactured by HEALTH GUARD. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of esophageal mucosal injury, fullness of stomach , belching and heavy bloating. It has some side effects such as Atrophic gastritis,Abnormal heart rhythm,Abnormal milk discharge from breast,Arrhythmias. The salts Domperidone, Pantoprazole Sodium Sesquihydrate are involved in the preparation of Ulpanto DSR Tablet.
