Si Fixim XL Tablet is a Tablet manufactured by INSPIRA SVIZERA HEALTH MANEESH PHARMA. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of bronchitis , bacterial infections of ear and nose, bacterial infections. It has some side effects such as Abdominal pain,Abnormal blood counts,Cholestatic jaundice decrease in bile flow,Anaphylactic reactions. The salts Cefixime, Dicloxacillin are involved in the preparation of Si Fixim XL Tablet.
