Ralenost Tablet is a Tablet manufactured by CONSUMER HEALTH RANBAXY LABS. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of bone rebuilding, paget's disease , corticosteroid induced osteoporosis. It has some side effects such as Abdominal pain,Constipation,Difficulty in swallowing,Diarrhoea. The salts Alendronic Acid are involved in the preparation of Ralenost Tablet.
