It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of inflammation of the inner lining of the eye, allergic rhinitis, itching associated with skin diseases . It has some side effects such as Altered taste sensation,Abnormal intolerance to visual perception of light,Abnormal sensation in eyes,Asthenia. The salts Olopatadine are involved in the preparation of Olamyst S Drops.
