Melanocyl Ointment is a Ointment manufactured by FRANCO-INDIAN PHARMA. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of skin problems related to mycosis fungicides , psoriasis, photopheresis. It has some side effects such as Bullae formation,Basal cell carcinoma,Blistering,Burns on the treated area from overexposure to uva or sunlight. The salts Methoxsalen are involved in the preparation of Melanocyl Ointment.
