It has some side effects such as Behavioral disturbances,Ataxia,Abdominal pain,Anaphylactic reactions which may manifest as sudden. The salts Bromhexine, Guaifenesin, Menthol, Terbutaline are involved in the preparation of Megaril Expectorant Capsule.
