It has some side effects such as Anaphylactic reactions which may manifest as sudden,Condition where the nasal cavity is filled with a significant amount of mucus fluid,Cough,Breathlessness. The salts Bromhexine, Guaifenesin, Salbutamol are involved in the preparation of Eascof Expectorant Syrup.
