It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of primary carnitine deficiency , carnitine deficiency, heart condition that affects infants and children. It has some side effects such as Diarrhea,Bone pain,Abnormal fall in blood sugar level,Burning. The salts Levocarnitine are involved in the preparation of Carnisure Injection.
